Legal and Corporate Secretary Officer (LCSO) .
Requirements:
- 2 years working experiences in banking
- Having experience to recommend legal advice and compliance process with the prevailing law and company’s policies
- Having experience to prepare and review agreement
- Familiar with conducting shareholders, BOD and BOC meeting, including meeting arrangement and draw up minutes of meeting
- Familiar with litigation procedure
- Male/Female, age below 25-30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- Excellent in English skill both writing and speaking
