Job Vacancy 2011 in the one of BUMN Company PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) currently we are looking for a bright, high achiever individual, capable of providing a professional performance with self integrity and good teamwork mindset to fulfill the vacancies of :

CALON MANAJER UPT/FUNGSIONAL PERUSAHAAN DI DIVISI REGIONAL DAN KANTOR PUSAT

Qualification:
a. Have a minimum of an undergraduate diploma level Strata-1 (S-1) of State Universities and Private Colleges are accredited by the Department of Economics / Business (Management, Accounting, Business Management, and Transportation), Information Management, Engineering (Informatics, Computer, Civil , Architecture, Industry), Law, Psychology, Communication Science and Business Administration.
b. Grade point average at the undergraduate level equivalent Strata-1 (S-1) at least 2.75 (two point seven-five).
c. Preferred which have a minimum TOEFL score of 450 and certified the year 2010-2011 should be included in the cover letter the participants.
d. Not married but applicants who are currently employed in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) both permanent employees and contract workers and outsourcing the work.
e. Preferred for those who already have work experience or have never worked on a working unit of the institution / Company / Institution / Office for at least 2 (two) years as evidenced by a certificate or other evidence of the institution / company concerned. Applicants from the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a working period of at least 3 (three) years.
f. Maximum age is 30 (thirty) years old on 31 October 2011. Applicants from the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) maximum 35-year-old on October 31, 2011.
g. Make stamped Rp.6.000 Statement, - (sample format attached) as follows:

1. Willing to comply with all provisions of recruitment. If after it passed the whole selection process was to give participants proven untrue or false and not in accordance with the administrative requirements specified by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), then the graduation is canceled;
2. Willing to be accepted as a Permanent Employee of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in the Grade specified;
3. Willing to pay compensation amounting to Rp 10.000.000, - (Ten Million dollars) if his resignation after it passed in the final selection stage;
4. Willing to not perform weddings during the Work Orientation Program;
5. At the time of application the participants must be in a state of non-pregnant and willing to not get pregnant during the Employment Orientation Program (for female applicants);
6. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia Region;
7. Willing to undergo bond set by the Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), and are willing to pay compensation amounting to a minimum fine of Rp. 50.000.000, - (fifty million rupiah) if to resign before the expiration of a bond for 3 (three) years since appointed as permanent employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).
h. Not currently in the process of investigation of a violation by the authorities as criminal cases and was not involved drugs or other psychotropic drugs that are prohibited from using it, which is expressed by the Police Notes (SKCK) of the Police.
i. Pass the selection carried out by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) include selection / test:
• Administration
• Test Potensi Akademik (TPA) and English
• PsikoTest
• Health and Interviews

. AWARDS, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFIT
a. Applicants who passed the selection will be appointed as a prospective employee to grade 11.
b. During his time as a prospective employee is required to follow the Work Orientation Program (POK) for prospective employees for about 4 (four) months.
c. Work Orientation Program Implementation (POK) is done in the classroom and in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in the form On The Job Training;
d. To prospective employees are given the right to:
• 80% of salary in effect at the PT Pos Indonesia (Persero);
• Health facilities, housing and money donations in accordance with applicable Company;
• and other rights in accordance with regulations of the Company.
 
4. SERVICE COMMITMENTS
After completing the orientation program of work, job candidates are willing to do the bond department at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) for 3 (three) years from the appointed as permanent employees.
 
During the period of the Association of Office employees graduate intake POK degree (S-1) must submit original diplomas and transcripts of its value to PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) which will store them as collateral when to resign before the end of his official bond.
