Call Center Officer Telkomsel
Job Requirements:
- Having a call center experience preferred
- Have a general knowledge of the product Telkomsel
- Male / Female, age max 35 years at the time of recruitment
- Graduate min Diploma D3 any major, GPA min 2.50
- Willing to work shift
- It has good sound quality / clear articulation
- Strong computer skills using
- Strong English language
- Able neat and clean
- Graduated from the entire series of selection tests
- Based in Jakarta Raya – BSD tangerang
- Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Serving of calls from customers with good
- Provide information needed for customers associated with the product Telkomsel
- Handling complaints well
- Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers
