LAND ALLOCATION OFFICER
Job Requirement :

• Have experience 3 years at jurisdictional area, land or asset management.
• Graduate S1 / S2 in Geodesy, Geography, Law / Notary , Management.
• Gaining control regulation and about land invitation.
• Having science and management skill and optimalisasi is asset.
• Gaining control Ms. Office's application program.
• Can read map
• Having skill gets negotiation
• Based in Jakarta Raya

Task and Accountability :

• Performing corporate soiled allocating for corporate core business activity and Subsidiary Company, which is:
• Doing optimasi's study earth asset to result benefit and value added that optimal, including activity divestasi to soiled asset.
• Doing evaluation to soiled harnessed plan (free's state & clear) for corporate core activity and also for Subsidiary Company.
• Plotting soiled allocating activity for corporate core activity and Subsidiary Company.
