Technical Staff (TS) - Jakarta and Surabaya
Job Requirements:
- Have 2 years experience in technical service area
- Have experience in Oil and Gas Company will be advantage
- Male, max 30 years old
- Graduate min Diploma degree (D3) in Technique (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
- Strong PC skills (MS-Office-Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Highly motivated, good personality, communication skill, interpersonal relationship
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide the best service to customer and is ready available to manage customer issues
- Provide necessary datas of gas consuming from customer per daily/weekly and monthly by ensuring the information is complete and up to date.
- Handle customer complain for further follow-up
- Coordinate with user (customers) to know gas consuming and to ensure customers about the forecast of gas consuming
- Delivers the billing to customers
- Reports to Customer Service Supervisor
