Legal Supervisor
Qualification :
- Have 2 years experience in corporate & commercial legal
- Having good knowledge in the area of oil & gas, shipping, transportation & logistic law will be advantage
- Able to draft and review agreements in English and Indonesian
- Able to provide legal advice in all business operations of organization, assisting on legal due dilligence, advices and support other departments in the Company
- Have sufficient knowledge on Indonesian law, including regulations, contract law and general corporate
- Will liaise with external counsel and notary public
- Certification in Advokat - PERADI
- Male/Female, max 35 years old,
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Law from reputable University
- Excellent written and oral English is a must
- Self confidence, good personality, communication skill, relationship building skill, leadership skill, negotiation, and lobbying
- Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
- Trustworthy and able to respect confidentiality
- Based in Jakarta
