IT Helpdesk
Qualification:
- Have 2 experiences in relevant field (IT Helpdesk)
- Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in utilizing : RDBMS database (MS SQL/ ORACLE/MY SQL 2005/2008)
- Min Diploma Degree D3 major of information Technique / Computer Science
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure, customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- As a technical support/helpdesk to supporting user and employees who are having technical issues.
- Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone or email and logging the issue in a help desk management system.
- Update daily status reports and shift handover reports.
- Act as a liaison between user and technical escalation teams.
- Provide a single view to the organization for information technology related problems.
