Legal Supervisor – Jakarta Raya :
Qualification:
- Have experience as legal Spv / senior in Finance company is advantage
- Male, age between 30-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Law
- Good in English both written and spoken will be an advantage
- Compliance, good personality, & team-worker person
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Hard worker with good interpersonal skills and integrity
Responsibilities:
- Control, check, and updated every legal actions, compliance matters, & contracts documents to be taken and should be approved by BOD
- Cooperate with legal consultant, prepare legal documents for the favor of the company
- Handle legal matters occurred in the company, in manage the documentation process related to legal aspects required for a complete & legalized administration
