Account Servicing Manager - Jakarta Raya
Qualification:
- Have 2 years experience in Telecom Industry
- Technical working or academic background preferable
- Good knowledge about MPLS VPN, IPSec VPN, local leased line, internet services
- Has capability to handle existing customer enquiries or complaints on service quality and coordination on project implementation
- Proactive on communicating with customer for problem solving
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Have excellent communication skill
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
