Account Servicing Manager
Qualification :

• Have 2 years experience in Telecom Industry
• Technical working or academic background preferable
• Has knowledge about MPLS VPN, IPSec VPN, local leased line, internet services
• Has capability to handle existing customer enquiries or complaints on service quality and coordination on project implementation
• Proactive on communicating with customer for problem solving
• Very good English proficiency both oral and written
• Placed at Jakarta Raya
