Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree S1 or Master degree S2 from the leading universities.
- GPA of at least 3:00 to 3:25 for S1 and S2 (on a scale of 4:00).
- Male/ Female age max 25 years for bachelor (S1) and 27 years for Master (S2).
- Communication is systematic.
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Hard worker with good interpersonal skills and integrity
- Good interpersonal skill with creative, innovative, self resourceful, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, independent.
- Free of Drugs.
- Not married and willing to not get married during the education.
- Willing to be assigned and placed in the BCA branches across in Indonesia that BCA needs.
- Willing to undergo bond department of education and after education.
