- Maximum of 26 years old and unmarried
- Bachelor Degree S1 in : Civil Engineering / Water Resources , Mechanical Engineering (Automotive / Energy Conversion) , Electrical Engineering (Power Lines) , Economics (Accounting / Management) , Law (Civil)
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4)
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
- Hard worker with good interpersonal skills and integrity
- Willing to follow the selection in Jakarta
