- Healthy physical & spiritual
- Min Diploma Degree D3 or bachelor Degree S1 related background
- Grade Point Average (GPA):
- Engineering: 2.65 (PTN) and 2.80 (PTS)
- Non-Engineering: 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS)
- Age max 30 years old as of December 31, 2011
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
