- Indonesian citizen, age maximum 29 years on January 1, 2012 (Born after December 31, 1982)
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (PTN) or 3.00 (PTS)
- Willing to be placed around the working area of ??the company. Due to the nature of work performed, it takes a man to the Code TAN, THP, MES and KIM and males preferred to code AKT, MNJ, COM, AND, HKM and DOK
