PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Qualification:
- Have 5 years of procurement and/or related experiences (i.e. Commercial Support, Project Management, Sales, etc.).
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Engineering or Business Administration or any other disciplines with strong knowledge of procurement.
- Has excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to show team leader skill
- Good written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Keen to travel time to times
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Lead an effort in developing the procurement plan based on the sourcing strategy in order to achieve the material saving or cost reduction
- Reviewing and monitoring the purchase requisition status, the expediting report developed, export-import, transportation and logistic activity
- Support tendering process in review process of proposal/project requirements and bridging the activity in initial sourcing strategy
- Provide appropriate resources to support tendering process
- Resolve Supplier non-conformance issues including generation of claim positions and resolution of back-charges.
- Develop & maintain the relationship with other sourcing community.
