Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree S1 from reputable University
- Max age 35 years old for candidate with 4-6 years experience in related field (product development or business improvement mortgages in Banking)
- Max age 40 years old for candidate with 8 10 years experience in related field (product development or business improvement mortgagaes in Banking)
- Good analytical thingking
- Responsibilities: Develop effective mortgages products or programs continuously based on Customer needs, Competitors, Regulations and Prudential banking principals.
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & MIS (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree S1 from reputable University (Majoring Computer Science/IT, Mathematics and Engineering)
- Have 4 - 6 years working experiences in developing program/system in Banking (max age 35 Years old)
- Have 8 - 10 years working experiences in developing program/system in Banking (max age 40 years old).
- Having experience in handling database
- Responsibilities: Developing system continuously to improve the effective processes to achieve the business targets in Consumer Loans Units
MARKETING STRATEGY & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE OFFICER - (Jakarta Raya all over Indonesia)
Qualification:
- Have 4 years working experience in related fields (Marketing, Advertising or Event Organizing)
- Having a good understanding about the strategy of bellow the line promotion.
- Having a good understanding about stock & inventory and taxes
- Bachelor Degree S1 form reputable University
- Max age 35 years old
- Having experiences in organizing a promotion event
- Responsibilities: Planning and organizing (including budgeting and controlling the implementation), the thematic and tactical of each product quartally and yearly to support and encrease the selling of new consumer products.
