Job Description and Responsibilities:
- A development program prepared by the company to prepare candidates to fill managerial positions .Candidates will receive comprehensive training over 9-12 months consisting of classroom training , on-the- job training , and marketing assignment .
Qualification:
- Male/ Female age max 27 years old
- Fresh Graduate welcome
- Bachelor Degree S1 any major IPK 2.7 (Univ Negeri) / 3.0 (Univ Swasta)
- Having work experience
- Placement : All branch offices in Indonesia
General Requirements:
Responsible.
- Memiiliki good interpersonal skills.
- Have good integrity, discipline, and highly committed.
- Having a strong orientation towards the customer.
- Having a strong will to learn and work to achieve the best results.
- Ability to work in teams and work with individual targets.
- Candidates not dishonorably discharged from institutions or government and private legal entities.
- Has a certificate of good conduct from the police
- Well physically and mentally: not color blind either partial or total, free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
Special Requirements:
- Have an attractive physical appearance.
- Able to communicate well in English
- Willing to be placed in all branch offices in Indonesia
- Have experience, interest and desire to develop a career in marketing
- Have a fairly good analytical ability
- Having a wide networking.
- Able to work to meet business targets.
