Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Experiene in Hotels & Resorts, apartment and condominium design
- 2 Contract positions available.
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Architecture or equivalent.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will responsible in :
- Review design/ drawing,
- Provide opinion, and
- Competent in project estimation

Qualification & Experience:
- Have 7 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
- Contract positions available.
Responsibilities:

- Review Master plan,
- Establish feasibility Study,
- Produce draft design for internal purpose,
- Review design from 3rd party,
- Provide opinion,
