PROJECT MANAGER TREASURY & SECURITIES - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 5 years of experience as Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / Product Specialist in Banking Industry or Consulting Company with experience in Banking projects, preferably in Global Financial Market handling FX, Spot, Forward and Structured Treasury Products.
- Knowledge in Central bank’s regulations and system (i.e. RTGS, SSSS)
- Knowledge in Treasury & Securities products and the related system (i.e. Kondor +, Bloomberg and other front office system)
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Accounting, Finance Banking, Informatics from reputable university. Master degree would be advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with the project life cycle methodology and have ability to produce high level documentation
- Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as have good analytical mind.
- Strong organization skills; capable of operating independently with minimal direction
Job description :
- Responsible for developing and leading Treasury and Securities projects and in close collaboration with relevant business segments . Manage all projects related to Treasury and Securities module and system and will plays a critical role in ensuring that deliverables from the team meet the business objectives in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide key business analyst support to project managers and stakeholders
- Taking full accountability for the specified deliverable
- Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Tasks Includes Stakeholder management, Scope definition, Business Case/Benefits definition, Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation, Requirements Management, Test & Implementation Support, Risk & Issues Management
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Identification of and participation in continuous improvement opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Financial Control, Technology team (and interface parties when required) and take ownership for one's actions
