PROFESSIONAL PARTNER MANAGER
Qualification & Experience:

  • Have 2 year of working experience in B2B / B2C is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • Full-Time positions available
  • Hands-on experience building partner programs
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across multiple organizations and with third party organization
  • Excellent project management skills and experience
  • Placement : Batam (Kepulauan Riau), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain & strengthen relationship with project stake holder such as Owner, Consultant & Contractor and manage Philips existing/future partner
  • Responsible to ensure that Philips products achieve the widest penetration possible in the industrial and commercial area (i.e : Mining, Oil & Gas, Standard Factory, hotel, shopping mall)
  • Develop customers focus
  • Collaborate with Best Partner in standardizing and implementation  business planning & performance review process
  • Managing account receivable of business partners as target
  • To ensure and additional requirement on specific product (innovative sales) refer to market potency; Enhance the competencies of Philips and dealer sales personnel's.

PROJECT LEADER – RETAIL EXPERIENCE Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
  • Design Background, marketing background will be an advantage
  • FMCG experience
  • Involve high travelling

Responsibilities:
  • He/She is responsible for implementing and executing the shopper marketing strategy. He/she is responsible for the creation of materials, the coordination to get materials into the right channels / customers and the alignment with sales. Makes sure that supporting materials are tailored to the request of Consumer Marketing Manager:
  • Follows up creative materials to support the Philips brand at Point of Purchase (including retailer leaflets, internet sites etc.)
  • Has overview of all Philips materials for Point of Purchase and the several requests of the customers.
  • Implement the point-of-sales materials at the point of purchase in time
  • Has knowledge of the do’s and don'ts at Point of Purchase
  • Responsible for the development of all communication to trade (promotion leaflet;brochure etc)
  • Gathers and shares best practices (internal and external)
  • Formulates local requirements, to ensure a strong local capability (transform International Guide line to meet local needs)
  • Gathers merchandising knowledge and examples (do’s and don'ts) which can enhance our merchandising capabilities (spends time outside and on the shop floor)
  • Gather knowledge and examples on competitor shopper/program activation (monitoring competitor program activity)
