Qualification & Experience:
- Min Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Handling telephones from internal and external
- Handling directors' schedules for meeting, workshop, etc
- Handling transportation for directors'
- Making correspondences (memorandum for other division & letter to external)
- Registering incoming and outgoing mails
- Making agreement’s report
- Filling correspondences
