ASSITANT MANAGER MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Having 5 – 10 years’ experience of maintenance experience with 3 years in a supervisory / management role
• Familiar with Civil works
• Familiar with HSE is an advantage
• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English both verbal and written
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Willing to be place in Cikarang

Responsibilities:

• Managing operation and maintenance of Tupperware DC infrastructure equipment (critical and non-critical)
• Schedule and supervise the performance of both routine maintenance and emergency service on critical systems, including: diesel generators, UPS systems, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, HVAC equipment, fire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems.
• Development and management of facilities budget for maintenance, repairs, capital and general operating costs; bottom-up development of yearly budgets.
• Responsible for site safety and environmental compliance.
• Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
• On-call 24x7 for incident management and emergency response.
