Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 years experience to work on Human Resources
- Experience in dealing effectively with people at a senior level within an organisation
- Bachelor Degree S1 degree, from engineering, law, psychology or other relevant discipline
- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Having good interpersonal skill, communication skill
- Knowledge on HR Operations (CLA, Company Policies and Procedures)
- Knowledge on industrial and labour law
- Knowledge on HR Reporting (Holcim Information Platform)
- Knowledge and able on presentation skill

Qualification & Experience:
- Having 1 to 2 years working experience are preferred to assure the establishment of professional attitude and sufficient level of self initiative
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (from reputable university)
- Fresh graduate with excellent analytical skill & passion to investigate the market
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Analytical thinking & passion
- Interpersonal and Communication skill
- Strong in figures
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Narogong
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experiences in people development
- Experience in working in a diverse range of cultures and urban and rural location including process plants
- Tertiary education in Social Science, Psychology is an advantage
- Demonstrate success in leadership in a range of workplace settings and learning context
- Demonstrate expertise in the Analysis, Design and Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of Learning
- Computer literacy: MS Office & Lotus Notes
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Certified in training & learning facilitating
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Good at developing plans
- Wide coverage in HR-based competency
- Have ability to interact with all levels
