Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years of experience in recruitment/assessment for hiring purposes
- Hands on experience in conducting Behavioral Event Interview (BEI)
- Strong understanding on recruitment full lifecycle
- Bachelor Degree S1 in Psychology background (S2 degree would be an advantage)
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- High attention to detail
