Qualification & Experience:
- Having experience in Quality Control Engineer, Quality Assurance Staff, Production
- Good understanding in Quality Management System ISO 9000 series, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004, QSHE Management System Documentation, Quality Engineering
- Min Diploma Degree D3 / S1 Electrical/Electronic/Industrial Engineer
- Fully aware with Customer satisfaction with basic of handling customer complaint
- Good communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Computer literate
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manages the complete scope of Quality actions (in marketing, design, Manufacturing, Supply chain, services) for existing offers to improve the Customer Experience
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Defines quality targets for Customer Satisfaction Critical to Quality
- Ensure proper application offer reference processes
- Facing customer for special quality case in order to support commercial team
