Qualification & Experience:
- Having 1 year of working experience in automotive manufacturing (especially in Production Planning Control Division) will be an advantage.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or equivalent.
- Male/Female, max age. 30 years old.
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Japanese
- Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
- Must be able to works in team as well as in high pressure.
- Having good skill of MS office application.
- Have a strong leadership skill.
- Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java.
- IDR 1650000 - 2145000

- Male, max age. 30 years old.
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Have good logic thinking, interpersonal skill, good discipline and communication.
- Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
- Must be able to works in team as well as in high pressure.
- Fluent in English communication skill, both oral and written.
- Having good skill of MS office application.
- Have a strong leadership skill.
- Own a car driving license (SIM A).
- Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java.
RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR - (Purwakarta)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 year of working experience in automotive manufacturing (especially in Human Resources Development Division) will be an advantage.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
- Male, max age 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Have good logic thinking, interpersonal skill, discipline and communication.
- Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
- Must be able to works in team as well as in high pressure.
- Fluent in English communication skill, both oral and written.
- Having good skill of MS office application.
