HR MANAGER - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 10 years in human resources areas especially in compensation & benefit
- Understanding compensation & benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary, etc.
- Understanding labor regulation UU No.13 / 2003
- Understanding payroll calculation & taxation
- Having knowledge and experience to implementation performance management, organizational development, KPI Balance Scorecard, man power planning, and job evaluation.
- Male / Female, Max 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Management or equivalent field
- Have in depth knowledge and experience in developing and applying human resources strategy, government regulation, and HR Procedures.
- Having good analytical & problem solving skills
- Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
- Good command of english both in written and spoken
