Qualification & Experience:
- Having 3 year of working experience in leading or handling branch office activities independently Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators, have strong leadership, self-confidence and interpersonal skill.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (very good), Bahasa Indonesia
- Flexible, show ability to adjust actively to organizational norms and customer oriented.
- Young, energic and mobile
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Available for contract min 1 year, max. 2 years.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Plot, organize, restraining activity that is engaged Jakarta Branch, as activity of board of directors at Branch Office, administration, operational and financially at Branch Office.
- Arrange and proposes works program and budget / investment at Branch Office.
- Performing construction (mentoring, coaching, counseling) to teams deep employee it.
- Apply and increases integrated Management System correspond to default and prevailing procedure at firm, which is Environment aspect (ISO 14001), Quality (ISO 9001) and SMK3 for activity at Branch Office.
- Performing special duty assignment or additional one gave by Superior.
