Qualification & Experience:
- Having 5 years experience in handling transactions involving multi stakeholders and experience in reputable law firms is preferable
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Master Degree in Law is preferable
- Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
- Computer & IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide Legal Advice/Opinion on agreement with Contracting Agency (CA) and private sectors
- Provide draft of Legal document and legal due-dilligence on projects to underwriting team
- Make and ensure reliable legal drafting and Legal Framework on agreement with CA and regulatory
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT PROJECT MONITORING AND CLAIM ASSESSMENT (PMC) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 7 years experience in Investment Banking, Project Finance or Financial Advisory
- Having exposure in Project or Infrastructure at least 3 – 5 years
- Have serious interest in developing Infrastructure Projects
- At least Master Degreefrom a Reputable University
- Good communication skill with government officers and international consultants
- Literacy in Legal Matters is advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
- Computer & IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Support head of Head of PMC to oversee and assess project risks under guarantee agreement so that claim possibility can be minimized.
- Evaluate, assess and review claim possibility and claim submitted the company and arrange to resolve that the claim on any project risks.
- Develop procedure, policy and system on the project risk monitoring and claim assessment and payment
