VP/SVP LEGAL COUNSEL (LEC) -
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 5 years experience in handling corporate legal
- Strong in communication skill, especially written communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Overseas Master Degree in Law is preferable
- Understanding infrastructure project (project finance) is preferable
- Good in documentation and reporting
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide a research and analysis on regulations impact to Corporate activities
- Provide Corporate legal framework as a guidance on legal engagements
- Provide consultation on Corporate legal matters to protect company interest and to assure regulatory compliance
- Advise management on regulation changes, compliance issues and contract expiry
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BUD)
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA or MM from Overseas University is advantage.
- Good network and experience with local and national government agencies;
- At least 5 years in infrastructure project development; Relationship-building skills with government officers and international investors;
- Good liaison skill with government officers and private sector
- Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
- Computer & IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Build effective communication and networks with potential government contracting agencies (local and national levels)
- Identifies, screen and propose potential PPP infrastructure projects;
- Build capacity building program for potential stakeholders and government contracting agencies
- Work with potential government contracting agencies in order to better guide the preparation of pre-feasibility studies;
- Identify potential project issues, regulatory environment and impediments for the better execution of project transaction.
