SAFETY OFFICER (SO)
Qualification & Experience:
- Male, preferred age 25-40 years old
- Graduated from reputable university majoring in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
- Experienced Engineering-Environmental/Health/Safety Officer in construction company or railway project work is preferable
- Having K3 Umum and Certification or other equivalent training is preferable
- Strong command of English and good interpersonal skill
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Contract basis
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- All kinds of Safety Manager Work
- Preparing Safety, Health and Environment documentation
- Formulation of Project HSE Management Plan.
- Ensuring the Management of HSE and its implementation.
- Planning and Instructing of HSE Induction (worker level, manager level)
SCHEDULE CONTROLLER
Qualification & Experience:
- Have a Construction Project Experience as a Schedule Controller(Railway PJ Experience is much better)
- Must have ability to use Primavera Software
- Min Diploma
- Writing and Speaking English or Japanese Language Fluently
- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the overall project Schedule in the format required and agreed in DDT Project
- Preparation of periodic schedules as required by the employer, the Engineer and the GS
- Preparations of all project scheduling reports that will be required by the Employer, the Engineer and the GS
- Presentation and detailing of all schedule related issues for both internal and external aspectsof the Project.
- Monitoring, recording, assessment and/or analysis of delaying factors on the project and the formulation of mitigatons measures.
SIGNAL SUPERVISOR
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 2 year Experience in Construction business
- Having at least Diploma certificate which related to field (Electric / Mechanical / Construction/ Building Study)
- Male, age 22-60 years old
- Responsibilities
- The Employee shall provide Services to the Company as Signal Supervisor for the DDT Project and the details of scope of work shall be not limited to the followings
- All kinds of SIGNAL and Engineering Work
- Preparing SIGNAL work material record, QC Checklist & daily activity format for Implementation by Sub Contractor.
- Review of Construction Method Statement, Material Proposal Submission, Working Planning & Drawing by Sub Contractor
- Monitoring all Incoming SIGNAL work Materials including accessories on site or storage yard.
- Construction Coordination with other Sub contractor and Civil / Building contractor for the site activity schedule and progress.
- System wide coordination with CIVIL, BUILDING, TRACK, SUBSTATION, OHC, and POWER DISTRIBUTION section.
- Supervising and Monitoring the SIGNAL activities and construction progress in daily weekly and monthly basis
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 2 year Experience in Construction business
- Having at least Diploma certificate which related to field (Electric / Mechanical / Construction/ Building Study)
- Male, age 22-60 years old
- Responsibilities
- The Employee shall provide Services to the Company as Track Work Supervisor for the DDT Project and the details of scope of work shall be not limited to the followings.
- All kinds of Track work supervising work.
- Preparing Track work material record, QC Checklist, & daily activity format for Implementation by Sub contractor.
- Review of Construction Method Statement, Material Proposal Submission, Working Planning & Drawing by Sub contractor for submission to the Engineer & the Employer.
- Monitoring and Supervising all Incoming Track work Materials including accessories on site or storage yard.
- Construction Coordination with other Sub contractor and Civil / Building contractor for the site activity schedule and progress.
- Preparation and execution of testing and commissioning for Track work with its respective system wide
