LITIGATION OFFICER (IN HOUSE LAWYER)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 10 years experiences in Litigation work for Litigation Manager and Minimum 3 (three) years experiences for Litigation Officer
- Having experience in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred
- Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments covering multiple levels of courts
- Experiences in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying company during legal proceedings
- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
- Graduate of a reputable University majoring in Law (Postgraduate preferred)
- Excellent command in English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking
- Good personality, positive attitude and team player
- Committed to continued professional learning in line with dynamic legal regulations locally and globally
