TICKETING AND HOTEL RESERVATION SPECIALIST - (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
- Master the procedures of ticket booking and hotel reservation to the travel agent
- Understand how to handle travel documents (passport and visa application, etc.)
- Have a broad knowledge about transportation and accommodation (hotel)
- Fast and responsive in handling complaints
- Willing to work with shifts if needed
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ticket and hotel reservation for IDX business travel
- Making sure the ticket and reservation match the requirements
- Responsible for making daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Responsible for managing travel documents such as passport, visa applications, etc.
