Qualification & Experience:

  • Good knowledge in both Banking & Cards would be an advantage
  • Posses good communication, analytical, problem solving & decision making skills

  • Capable to adapt and working in a team
  • Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Maximum 35 years with preferable ages 24-25 years old
  • Speak, write, and understand English well
  • Demonstrate initiative to learn and update themself
  • Display an emotional maturity
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude

  • Demonstrate superior service delivery, individually as well as a team
  • Accountable for meeting of service and productivity indicators by working in a team to ensure achievement of the service targets and standard
  • Accountable for accuracy & timeliness in processing customer’s instruction
  • Provide feedback on problem incidence/service issues to Citiphone Supervisor
  • Ensure that problems/complaints are resolved timely and satisfactorily
  • Building customer relationship through identifying customer needs and effective cross-sell process
