SUPERVISOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience 1 years as Building Maintenance
- Age 25-35 Years Old
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering understand electrical
- Able work in team
- Having leadership qualities
- Knowledge of : Building Maintenance and repair methods, materials, tools and equipment; the operation and repair of building mechanical and electrical system ; house keeping and janitorial tasks and standards and regulations.
- Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking & have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skill in Ms. Office.
Responsibilities
- Managing building maintenance and support facilities
- Monitoring maintenance & repair of damaged buildings, infrastructure (roads, drains, parks, etc.), plumbing, electrical, and pest control
- Able to make plans and work targets
- To schedule maintenance activities and the building parts
- Normalization condition of the damaged part of the building
- Monitoring and supervision of the conditions in each part of the building
