Chief of Service & Technical Support, requirement :
Having experience as maintenance or Technical Support in Manufacturing Company 3 years
Having experience in managing field service personnel in a manufacturing environment of installed products
Demonstrated organization and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of management and service providers
Demonstrated customer-oriented attitude and successful customer service track record
Cross-functional knowledge of engineering, service and support functions
Male age 28 – 35 years old
Graduate S1 in Electrical Engineering or related field
Having SIM A & C
Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
