Job Requirements:
- Graduate S1 in computer science or communication from reputable university
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Experience minimum one year in analyzing web data for a simple to medium website
- Highly effective working teams with tights deadlines and has ability to cope with stressful situation
Job Description:
General Responsibility
- Content management update for our various digital channels
- Implementation and utilization of Web analytics on analytics on analyzing traffic and behavioral segments on our website
- Surveillance and developing report framework from various data sources
- Work together with the Digital Initiative team to provide analytical support for benchmark criteria on measuring online metrics and KPI s
- Assisting the Digital Initiative team by providing Data and Insight to make data driven decisions
Technical Responsibility
- Designing, constructing and running reports using various online web-analytics solution
- Constructing reporting dashboards in Excel with external queries.
- Has a basic knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies
- Mastery of Excel, Power point and other software tools for reporting and presenting data.
- Thorough understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML
- Experience with web analytics program e.g. Google Analytics.
- Experience tracking solutions for technologies such as Flash, AJAX , video, etc.
