TECHNICAL EXPERT, SERVICES COORDINATOR

Position description:

  • Prepare job designs for short and long term offshore and/or onshore special well operations related to the works of Production optimization Clients plan.
  • Verifies and submit budget applications for carrying out special well operations, under its scope of works and target.
  • Supervises and control offshore and/or onshore work such as slick/wire line operations / Stimulations etc. Included Coiled tubing and Nitrogen operations.
  • Assist Senior Reservoir Engineer in formation damage diagnosis, Matrix Acidizing, Water shut off, Sand control, Fracturing, and other stimulation well procedures and designs
  • Supervises and verifies the development and modification of all type of documents / drawing related to the down hole well tools
  • Verifies and prepares procurement of sub- technical services for supporting documents for various well operation & production optimization jobs.
  • Instruct various CTU & stimulation operation to operator in-charged as necessary.
  • Assist the Technical manager for the plans, liaises and co-ordinates with the other division managers for setting general policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Have more 8 years experience in Oil & Gas industry, 3 of which should be at a supervisory position.
  • Graduate S1 in Engineering is a must, yet other engineering degrees with relevant experience are also acceptable.
  • Proficient in computer based programs related to product application.
  • Have a very good command over oral & written English language.
  • Remarks: Roughly 70% of time will be at the Office and remaining 30% at location site. The experience in upstream Oil & Gas industry, specifically in engineering and production optimization and well services is preferred.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, Controls and support for proper execution of all works carried out by the PO personnel at offshore and/or onshore sites, as set standard and procedures.
  • Plans, organizes, and direct for the preparation of budgets related to special well operation of the Production optimization works. Verifies reviews, recommends corrections and forwards other budget works to the Technical manager.
  • Coordinate discusses plans with other division(s) for the budgeting, proper scheduling and execution of the offshore and/or onshore works.
  • Plans, organizes and direct various contracts agreement. Negotiates, finalizes the term and conditions of different contract with the sub-contractors in order to utilizing equipments/ materials/ etc
  • Monitor the site works closely and control budget expenditure with the set budget allocations, Verifies the project summary, work completion reports. Final statements, inspection reports etc.
  • Performs other similar or related tasks and duties as required and instructed by the division manager.
  • Conducts market survey and study the work carried out by the other services company in order to improve our operational condition and prepares data, Checks and approves contractor’s pre-qualification documents and assesses each contractor’s capabilities with our requirements.
