- Male / female, age max 35 years old
- Graduate min Diploma D3 any major IPK min 2,50
- Have the honour working shift, BSD'S region domicile, Tangerang and its vicinity
- Having good voice quality / articulatory clear
- Having skill utilizes computer
- Having english-speaking ability
- Get spick-and-span performance
- Having general knowledge about product Telkomsel
- Graduate from all series essay to sort
- Having call center's experience more preferred
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Servicing incoming telephone from customer with every consideration
- Giving needed appropriate information customer gets bearing with Telkomsel's product
- Handling complain with every consideration
- Giving the best one service and satisfying for customer
