Qualification:
- Have 10 years of experience in similar role
- Having Ability to develop strong and effective internal and external relationships at different levels
- Excellent interpretive and analytical skills to understand and assess the financial impact on the business.
- Exposure from Public Accounting firm is an advantage
- Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, cash flow analysis, understanding and monitoring business activities
- Ability to develop and/or implement financial and treasury policy
- Strong communication abilities with clear fluency in English
- Bachelor degree S1 in Accounting from reputable university (post graduate would be an advantage)
- Result and detail oriented, with strong analytical skill
- Self-motivated, dynamic, participate in management team, hard working and able to work under pressure
- Good command in English both oral and written
Production Department Head
Qualification:
- Have 10 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
- Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
- Minimum POM certificate
- Male, max 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree S1 degree from mining engineering or geology
- Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
- Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
- Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan
