Jr. SAFETY MANAGER - Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Qualification & Experience:
- Have 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Qualified as a Safety Officer or technician or engineering
- Bachelor Degree, Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- in dept knowledge of safety and health legislation, and safety and health programs
- AK3 Umum Certified is a must
- Training competences
- Fluent in English communication
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing, maintaing, and updating company safety and health policy, safety & health (18001, SMK3) procedures manual and supporting tools
- Support all aspects of plant operations to ensure that safety and health regulatory requirements and company standards are met
- Keep current on any changes regarding safety and helath laws and regulations that will impact the organization
- Progress review on safety and health objectives and performance and makes recomendations
- Serves as company contact within Philips and with regulatory bodies
- Administer near-miss, accident and incident reporting, investigation, records, and statistics
- Responsible for work environment including noise quality and air quality
- Manager hazard control programs (fire safety, engineering controls), safe work procedures, hazard communication and MSDS
- Support planning and execution of construction, new equipment, and manufacturing line set ups
