CUSTOMER RETENTION TEAM (CRT) - BEKASI
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 1 years experienced in Customer Service and handling complaint
- Male/Female, age max 30 years old
- Min D3/S1 any major, preferable in Communication/Computer Science or related field of study
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate in Ms.Office and internet system
- Having driving licence (SIM A/SIM C)
- Have knowledge in telecommunication technology
- Loyal, honest, and confidently
- Self starter, able to work with minimun supervision, good time management and a team player
- Willing to work late yet flexible hours, communicative and responsibility and able to work under-pressure
