• Min Diploma Degree D3 or Bachelor Degree S1 from reputable university IPK Minimum 2.75
• Usia maksimum pada saat seleksi awal 24.00 Tahun (untuk fresh graduates)
• Usia maksimum pada saat seleksi awal 26.00 tahun (untuk yang berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang call center atau customer service)
• Can run programs minimal computer Office's Microsoft
• Job experience Does Not be accentuated
• Tidak Mempunyai Hubungan Saudara Kandung Di Bank Mandiri
