Qualification & Experience:
- Having 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools
- Male / Female preferred max 27 years of age
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring Psychology or equivalent with GPA min 3.00.
- Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented
- Able in working individually and within a team
- Fluent in english both oral and written
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (TDO ) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:
- Having minimum of 1 year experience in HR Training Area
- Capable to maintain administrative training database and training data records for the department
- Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
- Male / Female, max 30 years of age
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring Psychology, Management or Human Resorces Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented
- Able in working individually and within a team
- Fluent in english both oral and written
