HR – MAN POWER PLANNING (MPP)
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual total Manpower strategy for Production and Office area
- Manpower planning operation & maintaining its indicator to lead recruitment operation
- Analyzing manpower impact to labor cost
- Involve in Productivity improvement
HR - Organizational Development (OD)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze root causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions
- Develop strategic plan for achieve organizational goals
- Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
- Identify performance gaps and determine training needs
Qualification & Experience:
- Fresh Graduate or having 1 – 2 year experience in the same field will be advantages.
- Good in Logical Number (HR-MPP), strong in analysis, and Computer Literature (Excel spread Sheet & Database program related)
- UNIVERSITY Graduate, majoring from Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
- Preferably maximum age is 28 years old
- Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
- High initiative and good teamwork
- Fluent in English both oral & written
