Legal Counsel
Job Descritption & Responbility :

• Prepares legal drafts, reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose.
• Conducts legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project in company.
• Design system to monitor potential risk from legal aspects of company’s current and future business.

Requirement :

• Have 7 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core.
• Good knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.
• Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document.
• Graduate S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law.
• Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
• Confidence, Flexible, and Discipline
• Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
• Strong leadership skill and people management
• Willing tobe stationed in Jakarta Raya
