Laboratory Manager
Qualification:

• Having 5 years experiences in Coal or Mineral Laboratory
• Familiar with ISO:IEC 17025
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Fluent in English communication
• Computer literate (minimum MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Positive attitude, smart, innovative, fast learner, honest, trustable and high intregrity
• Good leadership & management skills and strong motivation
• Willing to be placed at Banjarbaru Branch, South Kalimantan
• Able to start working immediately

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting to Branch Manager by providing a regular report
• To ensure the implementation of laboratory operation procedures in accordance with ISO:IEC Guide 17025
• To ensure validity of the contents of certificate/report of analysis by signed the certificates/report issued
• Evaluation and improving the laboratory operation procedures
• Implementation of Budget control

Job Requirements:

• Have 5 - 10 years experiences in mineral / coal / hard rock exploration
• Have experience in epithermal and porphyry systems is preferred
• Have experience in mapping, drill core logging, drilling supervision, sampling methods, etc
• Some supervisory/management experience will be looked on favorably
• Male, graduate S1, age max 45 years old
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
• Have excellent interpersonal skill, energetic, mature, Honest, Discipline & dynamic
• Location: Papua, Java, and NTT
• Contract basis initially, paid monthly, medical and medivac insurance provided, long term potential
