SUPPORT ENGINEER (Code: SE)
Qualification:
- Min Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- A good grasp on the Internet and Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Hard worker, fast learner, self motivation
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Be part of Nusantara Utama Technology on-site support team and provide technical support to our existing customer
- To assist customers with installation of Kaspersky solutions on Windows, Novell, Linux, Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino
